Blake Griffin finished with 24 points and 10 rebounds and Randy Foye scored 21 as the Los Angeles Clippers rolled over the Charlotte Bobcats, 103-88, on Saturday.
Baron Davis chipped in 12 points and 11 assists and Ryan Gomes scored 18 for the Clippers, who snapped a two-game slide and won for the first time since leading scorer Eric Gordon went down with a wrist injury.
Playing the second game of a back-to-back on the west coast, the Bobcats hung around in the first quarter but seemed to run out of steam in the second as Los Angeles surged ahead. Foye and Gomes nailed back-to-back 3-pointers to spark a 16-1 run midway through the frame and go into the break up, 57-42.
Foye opened the third quarter with another 3-pointer and Gomes drained two straight from beyond the arc during an 11-1 burst that pushed the lead to 76-51 with five minutes left in the third.
Charlotte tried to get back into it in the final frame, opening with a 12-0 run to cut it to 83-72, but Foye hit another three and Davis scored eight straight points to end the threat.
Stephen Jackson and Gerald Henderson scored 14 points apiece for the Bobcats.
