Twins 7, Indians 5: Tsuyoshi Nishioka's sacrifice fly - his first RBI of the year - plated the go-ahead run after an error led to the tying run as visiting Minnesota scored three times in the ninth to hand Cleveland to its 11th consecutive defeat.

Brian Dozier added an RBI single in the ninth off closer Chris Perez as the Twins erased a 5-1 deficit with three runs in the seventh and three more in the ninth to beat the Indians for the seventh consecutive time.

Tyler Robertson (1-0) earned his first major-league victory with two scoreless innings of relief and Glen Perkins retired all three batters he faced for his seventh save.

It marked the second time in three games that Perez (0-4) could not hold a lead. Five of the Twins' seven runs were unearned as Cleveland dropped 11 in a row for the fourth time in franchise history.

Ryan Doutmit had three hits and Ben Revere extended his hitting streak to 21 games for Minnesota, which won for the ninth time in 12 games.

Shelley Duncan belted a two-run home run and Asdrubal Cabrera had two hits and an RBI for the Indians, who have been outscored 49-14 in the last five meetings with Minnesota.

Cleveland rookie Corey Kluber (1-0) allowed three runs - one earned - in six-plus solid innings. Twins right-hander Samuel Deduno lasted only four innings and allowed four runs on five hits.

GAME NOTEBOOK: The Indians tied a franchise mark by allowing at least five runs in each of the 11 losses. ... Deduno has walked at least five batters in three of his six starts and has more walks (25) than strikeouts (22). ... Duncan's two-run blast ended a 10-game homerless streak and put him within one of tying his career high of 11 set in the past two seasons. ... Revere's hitting streak is the longest by a Twins player since Torii Hunter it in 23 straight games in 2007. ... Indians DH Travis Hafner sat out his second straight game due to back stiffness. ... Twins RHP Carl Pavano allowed one run on two hits and struck out one in two innings of a rehab start at Class A Fort Myers on Tuesday.
