Matt Kemp homered and drove in five runs as the Los Angeles Dodgers defeated the visiting Arizona Diamondbacks 9-5 on Friday night.
Ted Lilly (7-10) gave up three runs - two earned - on three hits over five innings to win for only the second time in his last eight outings.
Arizona’s Justin Upton extended his hitting streak to 10 games with his 21st home run in the seventh.
Diamondbacks’ starter Josh Collmenter (6-6) had his three-game winning streak snapped after giving up five runs on seven hits over 3 2/3 innings.
