Justin Upton went 3-for-5 with six RBIs, including a grand slam, as the host Arizona Diamondbacks ripped the Colorado Rockies 12-3 on Saturday night.
Upton drove in two runs in the five-run first inning with a double and blasted a long home run to left field for his second career grand slam in the seventh. The six RBIs tied a career best for Upton, who has 17 homers.
Miguel Montero was 2-for-4 with five RBIs, including his 12th homer and a two-run double.
Arizona's Josh Collmenter (6-5) allowed three runs on six hits and struck out four, but had his streak of scoreless innings end at 15 when Troy Tulowitzki hit a solo homer in the second, his 19th.
Jason Hammel (5-10) allowed eight runs on 12 hits, and became the seventh pitcher in the National League to lose 10 games.
