Michael Brantley drew a bases-loaded walk off Kyle Farnsworth with one out in the ninth inning, leading Cleveland to a 5-4 win over Tampa Bay on Tuesday night, the Indians' 14th consecutive home win.
The Indians (23-11) haven't lost at Progressive Field since dropping the first two games of the season. The loss ends an eight-game road winning streak for Tampa Bay (20-15).
Shin-Soo Choo drew a walk off Joel Peralta (1-2) to start the ninth and went to third on Carlos Santana's single. Travis Hafner was intentionally walked to load the bases, and Farnsworth replaced Peralta.
Orlando Cabrera's ground ball forced Choo at home. Brantley battled back from an 0-2 count to draw Cleveland's 11th walk of the game.
Chris Perez (2-1) pitched the ninth for the win.
Evan Longoria tied the game with a leadoff home run in the eighth off Vinnie Pestano.
