Jaime Garcia tossed a three-hit shutout for his first career complete game, and fellow rookie Allen Craig homered and drove in three runs as the St. Louis Cardinals rolled to a 9-0 victory over the San Francisco Giants on Sunday.

Every regular starter except newcomer Pedro Feliz drove in a run for the Cardinals, who recorded 15 hits. St. Louis has rediscovered its offense, scoring 14 runs over the past two games after averaging 3.2 runs during a season-high five-game skid.

Garcia (11-6) didn’t need much run support. The left-hander surrendered just three singles and didn't allow a runner past first base. He struck out five and did not walk a batter while throwing 65 of 89 pitches for strikes.

Garcia's teammates chased Barry Zito (8-8) after just 3 2/3 innings. Albert Pujols, Matt Holliday and Jose Lopez all had RBIs in a three-run third. Craig’s two-run shot an inning later made it 5-0.

Zito allowed five runs and seven hits. He struck out three and walked two.

The Cardinals tacked on three more runs against Guillermo Mota in the fifth. Yadier Molina had an RBI double and Brendan Ryan and Jon Jay each added run-scoring singles.

Pat Burrell had two hits for the Giants, who have lost five of seven.
