Mark Reynolds hit his third two-run homer in two games and the Arizona Diamondbacks scored five times in the fifth inning for a 7-4 win over San Diego on Tuesday night.
Reynolds struck again in the second inning after hitting a pair of two-run homers and driving in five runs Monday night. His two-run shot off Kevin Correia erased the Padres' 2-0 lead.
San Diego led 3-2 going into the fifth, but Arizona sent 10 men to the plate with a rally that began with a walk to pitcher Ian Kennedy. Chris Young's bases-loaded single tied the game and finished Correia.
Miguel Montero gave the Diamondbacks the lead when his ground-rule double off Joe Thatcher scored two runs. Gerardo Parra added a two-run single as Arizona extended the Padres' season-high losing streak to six games.
Kennedy (9-9) allowed three runs in seven innings. Adrian Gonzalez's run-scoring double and Ryan Ludwick's RBI single in the first gave the Padres a quick lead. Nick Hundley's RBI double in the fourth put San Diego on top again.
Juan Gutierrez recorded the final three outs for his fifth save.
Correia (10-10) lasted only 4 1/3 innings, allowing six runs.
