Aramis Ramirez hit two home runs to lift the Chicago Cubs to a 6-4 victory over the Arizona Diamondbacks on Tuesday.
Ramirez connected for a two-run shot in the sixth to put the Cubs ahead 3-1. He added another two-run blast in the eighth to extend Chicago's lead to 6-2.
Ramirez finished 2-for-4 with four RBIs and two runs scored in his first multi-homer game of the season.
Kosuke Fukudome homered for the second straight game as well for Chicago, which has won three of its last four games.
Carlos Silva (9-2) allowed two runs and four hits in six innings to pick up the win. Carlos Marmol recorded the final five outs, allowing a hit and striking out five to earn his 16th save of the season.
Barry Enright (1-1) was tagged with the loss. He yielded three runs and seven hits in 5 2/3 innings with a walk and five strikeouts.
Kelly Johnson went 2-for-4 with a home run for the Diamondbacks.
