Chone Figgins and Casey Kotchman each recorded an RBI for Seattle, which took two of three in the series.
David Pauley (2-4) got the win despite allowing four runs and five hits in six innings. David Aardsma worked around a hit in the ninth to pick up his 24th save.
Trailing by two runs, the Mariners grabbed the lead for good in the second on Tuiasosopo’s three-run blast, just his third homer of the season.
Baltimore starter Jeremy Guthrie (7-12) gave up six runs - five earned - on eight hits in eight innings to take the loss.
Luke Scott had two hits and drove in two runs to supply the offense for the Orioles.
