Miguel Tejada had four hits and four RBIs and the Baltimore Orioles overcame an early deficit to roll to an 11-5 victory over the Florida Marlins in the finale of their interleague series on Thursday.
Florida scored two in the first and one in the second to take a 3-0 lead before Baltimore responded with five in the third to take the lead for good.
Tejada had an RBI single in the third-inning uprising and belted a three-run home run, his fifth homer of the season, to extend the lead to 10-4. Tejada scored three times and Adam Jones homered, had two RBIs and scored twice for Baltimore which snapped a three-game losing streak.
Kevin Millwood (2-8) picked up the win, allowing four runs and eight hits in five innings. Millwood walked two and struck out three en route to his second straight win.
Nate Robertson (5-6) was tagged with the loss as he yielded five runs and seven hits in 2 1/3 innings.
Dan Uggla went 4-for-5 with three RBIs for Florida.
