Troy Tulowitzki doubled home two runs in the top of the ninth to give the visiting Colorado Rockies a 5-3 win over the San Diego Padres on Wednesday.

After the Padres intentionally walked Todd Helton with one out in the ninth, Tulowitzki doubled to right-center off Heath Bell (2-2), who was scored upon for just the fourth time in 27 appearances.

Matt Lindstrom (1-1) earned the win with a scoreless eighth inning and Huston Street followed with a perfect ninth for his 17th save.

Colorado’s Aaron Cook gave up three runs on six hits with four walks and four strikeouts over 5 2/3 innings.

Padres starter Dustin Moseley allowed three runs on eight hits over five innings. He left the game after injuring his left shoulder during his at-bat in the bottom of the fifth.

San Diego’s Alberto Gonzalez drove in two runs, giving him six RBIs in his last five games.

Helton increased his average to .316 after going 4-for-4 with two doubles and his eighth home run.
