John Buck's three-run triple helped the Florida Marlins dig out from a four-run hole and rally for a 7-4 home victory over the Washington Nationals on Wednesday.
The Nationals jumped out to a 4-0 lead against Marlins starter Chris Volstad, who walked four and gave up four hits over five innings, but Washington couldn't hold it.
Hanley Ramirez's RBI double and Buck's triple against Nationals starter Livan Hernandez tied it in the fifth, and the Marlins scored two more in the sixth against reliever Chad Gaudin (0-1).
Chris Coghlan was 4 for 5 and scored three runs for the Marlins.
Ian Desmond, who was left out of the lineup Tuesday after starting the season 0 for 13, went 4 for 5 with two RBIs for the Nationals.
Brian Sanches (1-0) worked a perfect sixth for the win, and Leo Nunez pitched around a hit and a walk in the ninth for his first save as he struck out Ryan Zimmerman with two runners on to end the game.
