Corey Hart had two home runs, including a first-inning grand slam, and drove in six runs to lead the Milwaukee Brewers to an 8-6 win over the New York Mets on Saturday night.

Saturday's game was dominated by offense one night after Hart's two-run homer in the ninth gave the Brewers a 2-0 win. All 14 runs were scored in the first four innings and both starting pitchers hit the showers early.

Mets starter Fernando Nieve (1-3) lasted two innings and allowed five runs. Brewers starter Manny Parra wasn't much better, lasting only three innings and giving up three runs.

After his home run in the first off Nieve, Hart hit a two-run homer off Oliver Perez in the third.

Ike Davis hit a three-run homer in the fourth off Marco Estrada, but the Brewers' bullpen took over and retired the final 13 hitters. Todd Coffey (2-1) struck out three in 2 1/3 innings before John Axford pitched the ninth for his second save.

Milwaukee has won three straight and four of five.
