Chad Tracy hit a two-run double and Logan Morrison tripled and scored twice as the Florida Marlins cruised to a 6-1 victory over the Atlanta Braves.
Morrison added an RBI and Hanley Ramirez scored two runs and drove in another for the Marlins, who have won six of their last eight home games.
Morrison helped give Florida a 2-0 lead in the first inning, plating Cameron Maybin with a triple and scoring on Ramirez's double. Two frames later, Morrison led off with a triple and came home on Tracy's two-run double.
Brad Davis capped the Marlins' three-run, third-inning rally with a sacrifice fly and Dan Uggla added an RBI double in the fourth, increasing the lead to 6-1.
Andrew Miller (1-0) worked five innings in his second start of the season, allowing one run and seven hits with three walks and six strikeouts. Miller was starting in place of Ricky Nolasco, who is out for the year with a knee injury.
Kenshin Kawakami (1-10) lasted just three innings for Atlanta, yielding five runs and five hits. The 35-year old right-hander, who fell to 0-8 on the road, walked four and struck out two while making the start for Derek Lowe, who is sidelined with an elbow ailment.
Kawakami had an RBI single for the Braves, who have lost four straight road games.
