Kelly Johnson hit a pair of homers and the Arizona Diamondbacks tallied five in the game as they beat the Philadelphia Phillies 7-4 on Friday night.
The Diamondbacks hit three home runs in the fourth inning off left-hander Cole Hamels to erase a 2-0 deficit to win for only the second time in eight games.
The benefactor of all of the runs was fifth starter Kris Benson (1-1), who went six innings, allowing eight hits and three runs -- two earned -- with five strikeouts.
Chad Qualls recorded one out for his third save.
Third baseman Mark Reynolds started the power surge in the fourth with his sixth homer of the young season and Adam LaRoche made it back-to-back long balls with his first homer in an Arizona uniform.
Catcher Chris Snyder added a solo shot later in the frame and Johnson hit a solo shot in the fifth inning and another in the seventh for the 7-3 advantage.
Most of the damage came against Hamels (2-2) as he allowed eight hits and six earned runs with seven strikeouts.
