Adam Lind's two-run homer with two outs in the ninth inning capped a three-run rally and gave the Toronto Blue Jays a 5-4 win over the Cleveland Indans on Wednesday afternoon at Porgressive Field.

Chris Perez (0-2) retired the first two batters. Fred Lewis, who had three hits, doubled and scored when shortstop Luis Valbuena booted Aaron Hill's routine grounder. Lind hit a 1-2 pitch into the bleachers in center field for his fifth homer of the season.

The win gave Toronto a sweep of the three-game series. The Blue Jays hit five home runs in the series and lead the majors with 43.

Mike Redmond's bases-loaded single in the sixth inning broke a 2-2 tie. Valbuena's RBI double in the eighth gave the Indians a 4-2 lead.

Jason Fraser (1-1) pitched 1 1-3 innings for the win.

Cleveland starter Fausto Carmona allowed two runs in 6 1/3 innings. Blue Jays starter Brandon Morrow allowed three runs and struck out nine in 5 1/3 innings.

Travis Snider's RBI single scored the game's first run in the third. Cleveland tied the game in the bottom of the inning on Grady Sizemore's double.

Travis Hafner homered on the first pitch of the fourth, his third of the season.

Jose Molina's RBI single tied the game in the fifth.

Redmond left the game in the seventh with right hip tightness.
