Millwood (3-14) held Los Angeles to six hits, struck out five and walked one. His two previous victories came in interleague play against San Diego and Florida in back-to-back starts on June 19 and 24.
Josh Bell led Baltimore's offense with a two-run homer in the fifth off Scott Kazmir (8-12). The rally began with a single by Cesar Izturis.
The Orioles added two in the sixth on RBI singles by Jake Fox and Izturis, who had three hits. Craig Tatum added a run-scoring single in the eighth.
Kazmir (8-12) allowed four runs in 5 2/3 innings for the Angels.
