Payton Pritchard scored 23 points, Anthony Mathis supplied 19 and No. 10 Oregon handed No. 5 Michigan its second consecutive loss, 71-70 in overtime, at Ann Arbor, Mich., on Saturday.

Chris Duarte contributed 11 points and six rebounds for Oregon (8-2), which visited Michigan's Crisler Center for the first time in program history.

Freshman Franz Wagner led Michigan (8-3) with 21 points. David DeJulius had 14 points and Isaiah Livers scored 13 second-half points for the Wolverines, who lost to Illinois on Wednesday. Zavier Simpson added eight points and 11 assists, while Brandon Johns chipped in eight points and nine rebounds.

The Ducks had lost 13 straight against top-five teams on the road.

Pritchard scored two baskets during the first two minutes of overtime. He converted a layup with 1:14 remaining to give his team a 71-68 lead. DeJulius scored with 34 seconds left to make it a one-point spread, and the Ducks turned the ball over moments later.

In the closing seconds, Simpson couldn't convert a layup try and Johns missed a tip-in, allowing the Ducks to escape.

Oregon led 31-23 at halftime.

Duarte was fouled on a 3-point attempt in the opening minute of the second half and made all three free throws, extending the Ducks' advantage to 11. Michigan then chipped away, closing within five points twice in the first four minutes of the half on Livers' 3-pointers.

A Simpson layup with 13:46 left made it 42-39. Will Richardson doubled the Oregon lead with a three-point play, but the Wolverines answered with a 12-3 spurt to gain a 51-48 lead.

The Ducks regained the lead at 54-53 on a Pritchard steal and Mathis three. Pritchard scored the next four Oregon baskets to maintain a slim advantage. The last of those came with 1:04 left.

Wagner made a long two-pointer with 55 seconds left to cut Oregon's lead to 62-61. Pritchard then split two free throw attempts. Johns made a layup with 25 seconds left to tie it. Mathis made a three on Oregon's next possession, but the clock had expired.
