Brian Conklin scored 25 points as Saint Louis remained unbeaten with a convincing 77-64 win over Washington and former Billikens head coach Lorenzo Romar.

The Billikens (3-0) put the game away in the first half, outscoring the Huskies by a 19-4 margin over a span of nine and a half minutes to seize a 35-15 advantage. Saint Louis stretched its lead to as many as 29 points early in the second half before Washington (3-1) used a late flurry to get as close as 13 in the final minutes.

Conklin shot 9-for-15 from the floor and 7-of-8 from the foul line to lead a Saint Louis offense that scored almost at will to build a 50-25 halftime cushion.
