No. 14 Oklahoma State 73, West Virginia 57: Markel Brown and Le'Bryan Nash scored 16 points apiece and the visiting Cowboys completed a season sweep of the Mountaineers.
Brian Williams hit one of his two 3-pointers with 9:31 remaining to cap a 13-2 run and put Oklahoma State ahead 58-43, and the Cowboys (20-6, 10-4 Big 12) cruised to their eighth win in the last nine games.
Aaric Murray scored 11 points to lead the Mountaineers (13-14, 6-8), who fell to 0-8 against the six teams ranked above them in the Big 12. Matt Humphrey matched his season high with 10 points off the bench.
Oklahoma State held West Virginia to 30.2 percent shooting and forced 15 turnovers. Cowboys star freshman Marcus Smart sat for most of the first half after picking up three fouls in the first 2:23 of the game and finished with 14 points in 23 minutes.
The Cowboys, who defeated West Virginia 80-66 in Stillwater on Jan. 26, had five players score in double figures for the first time in conference play. Williams chipped in 13 points and Michael Cobbins had 10 points and nine rebounds.
GAME NOTEBOOK: Oklahoma State held its opponent under 70 points for the 20th time this season. … West Virginia fell to 1-6 when scoring less than 60 points. …The Mountaineers trailed 35-33 at halftime after Murray's dunk at the buzzer.
