Tobias Harris scored a season-high 34 points and matched his season high with 11 rebounds as the visiting Los Angeles Clippers rallied for a 104-100 victory over the Portland Trail Blazers on Sunday night.
Danilo Gallinari contributed 17 points, eight rebounds and five assists for the Clippers, who have won seven of their past eight.
Damian Lillard scored 30 points and CJ McCollum had 18 points and a season-high nine rebounds for the Trail Blazers, who have lost three in a row.
Lillard scored 18 points as Portland -- shooting 55.3 percent from the field -- seized a 58-45 halftime lead. Harris had 16 points and eight rebounds at the break for the Clippers.
The Clippers outscored the Blazers 38-16 in the third quarter. Portland increased its lead to 15 points early in the third quarter, but the Clippers dominated the next 10 minutes, going ahead by 10 late in the quarter. The Clippers took an 83-74 edge into the final period.
The Clippers led 92-83 after a Montrezl Harrell basket with seven minutes to play. Meyers Leonard sank a 3-pointer to draw Portland to within 92-86 with 6:21 to go. McCollum then knocked down a trey and followed with a driving layup to make it 92-91 with 4:20 left.
Gallinari sank a pair of free throws, then buried a 3-pointer to up the Clippers' lead to 97-91 with 3:47 remaining. Leonard scored on a jump hook to close the gap to 97-93, but Harris hit a trey to make it 100-93 with 2:41 left.
Lillard got the Blazers even in a hurry, converting a four-point play and following it with a 3-point shot to tie it 100-100 with 1:53 remaining.
Gallinari made a jump shot to push the Clippers ahead 102-100 with 47.3 seconds to play. Neither team scored again until Patrick Beverley sank a pair at the line with 2.5 ticks left.
Portland jumped to a 12-5 lead, making six of its first eight shots from the field. The Clippers rallied to go ahead 19-16, but the Blazers answered with a 7-0 run to regain the lead at 23-19. Portland, hitting 13 of 23 shots from the field, took a 28-24 advantage into the second quarter.
The Blazers extended the difference to 38-26 on back-to-back 3-point shots by Leonard and Seth Curry. Evan Turner's turnaround jacked the lead to 46-33 midway through the second quarter.
