Pistons 111, Cavaliers 104: Rookie Andre Drummond scored a season-high 29 points and grabbed 11 rebounds as visiting Detroit completed a four-game season sweep of Cleveland.
Greg Monroe added 23 points and eight rebounds and Rodney Stuckey scored 18 points as the Pistons beat the Cavaliers for the sixth consecutive time.
Kyrie Irving scored 27 points and Tristan Thompson had 19 and eight rebounds for Cleveland, which fell to 4-17 in the second game of a back-to-back.
Irving scored eight points in a 14-2 run to close the third quarter and put the Cavaliers in front 75-74. Pistons reserve guard Will Bynum scored seven unanswered points to put Detroit on top 89-85, leading Cleveland to adopt the strategy of fouling Drummond on each possession.
Drummond split a pair of free throws on six consecutive trips to the line before burying a pair and scoring a basket for a 103-99 lead. After Irving's basket tied it with 44 seconds left, Monroe put Detroit ahead to stay with a layup six seconds later.
GAME NOTEBOOK: Drummond finished 9-of-17 from the line, including 8-of-14 in the final quarter, on his way to his first double-double since Jan. 29. ... Cavaliers rookie G Dion Waiters returned to the lineup after missing 10 games with a knee injury and scored 11 points. ... Cleveland wasted a big effort from its bench, which combined for 37 points and 26 rebounds in helping the Cavaliers dominate the glass 49-33.
