Grizzlies 103, Rockets 94: Zach Randolph and Marc Gasol scored 21 points apiece to lead six players in double figures as Memphis claimed its 11th consecutive home win.
Randolph also pulled down 12 rebounds and Mike Conley contributed 15 points and 10 assists for the Grizzlies, who haven't lost at FedExForum since Feb. 5.
Donatas Motiejunas and Chandler Parsons each scored 16 points for Houston, which has dropped two straight. Carlos Delfino added 15 off the bench for the Rockets, but leading scorer James Harden was limited to seven points on 3-of-9 shooting thanks to stifling defense from Tony Allen.
Memphis never trailed, but it was tied at 29 in the final minute of the first quarter before Allen's layup put the Grizzlies ahead for good. Jeremy Lin's short jumper pulled Houston within 48-47 with 3:53 left in the half, but Memphis reeled off a 10-2 run to gain some breathing room and took a 61-53 lead into halftime.
The Grizzlies shot 61.5 in the first half and kept Houston at bay in the second half. The lead never slipped below eight points after the break as Memphis finished the night shooting 50.6 percent.
GAME NOTEBOOK: The home team has won the past 10 meetings dating to Houston's last victory in Memphis on Dec. 3, 2010. … Houston has been held under 100 points in three consecutive games for the first time since a four-game stretch from Nov. 3-10. … Conley had four steals and has recorded at least one in a franchise-record 63 consecutive games.
