Hornets 88, Jazz 86: Greivis Vasquez's driving lay-in snapped a tie with 1.3 seconds remaining in the fourth quarter as host New Orleans won despite seeing top overall pick Anthony Davis exit with a possible concussion.

Davis was hit in the temple by an elbow from teammate Austin Rivers in the second quarter. The rookie was held out of the remainder of the contest.

After Paul Millsap's 3-pointer with 7.1 seconds left tied the contest at 86-86, Vasquez wasted no time by splitting Utah's defense for the game-winning shot.

Robin Lopez and Ryan Anderson had 19 points apiece for the Hornets, who won a tight game which featured 23 lead changes.

Randy Foye led the Jazz with 20 points off the bench on 8-for-16 shooting from the field - including 4-for-7 from 3-point range.
