Bryce Aiken got to the foul line twice to score crucial points down the stretch and lift Seton Hall to a wild 67-65 upset of No. 4 Michigan on Tuesday night in Ann Arbor, Mich.

In a 62-62 tie with 1:15 to play, Aiken induced Michigan's 10th foul of the half on DeVante' Jones, who went to draw a charge but didn't have his feet set. Aiken made one of two free throws to give Seton Hall its first lead of the half.

Michigan's Hunter Dickinson drew a shooting foul on the next possession and made both foul shots. However, Aiken managed to pull off the same move against Jones and this time made both attempts for a 65-64 lead with 33 seconds to go.

The Wolverines' Eli Brooks could not get a go-ahead floater to fall with 17 seconds left.

With Michigan down 66-64, Terrance Williams II drew a foul in the final second but missed his first of two shots, dooming the Wolverines (2-1).

Jared Rhoden led Seton Hall (3-0) with 16 points, and he grabbed five rebounds. Aiken and Tray Jackson both came off the bench to score 13, with Jackson adding a team-high six rebounds.

Dickinson posted a game-high 18 points and finished with nine rebounds. Brooks scored 17 points, and Jones had 11 points and 12 rebounds.

Michigan started 0-for-11 from 3-point range before Brooks finally drained his team's first of the night with 11:18 left to play. The Wolverines finished 3-for-15 from beyond the arc.

Neither side led by more than five points in the first half. Michigan missed 11 straight shots over a nearly six-minute stretch as Seton Hall squeezed out an 18-15 lead. Brooks ended that drought by knocking down a pair of jumpers, and Dickinson added one of his three dunks of the half.

Jackson was responsible for Seton Hall's last three successful field goals of the half, including a pair of 3-pointers, but Michigan held a 31-28 halftime lead.

Michigan came out of intermission with an 8-1 run and led by as many as 11 following Jones' fastbreak layup with 14:46 left. Seton Hall got buckets from seven different players to climb its way back to within three. Aiken's 3-pointer then tied it 57-57 with 4:30 to play to set up the nail-biting finish.

Before the game, Michigan announced a contract extension for coach Juwan Howard lasting through 2025-26.
