Freshman Anthony Davis had a double-double for the fourth consecutive game and No. 2 Kentucky rolled to a 73-51 win over pesky Arkansas-Little Rock on Tuesday.
It was the eighth double-double of the season for Davis, who had 22 points on 9-of-11 shooting, 16 rebounds and three blocked shots. The Wildcats (14-1), who extended their winning streak to six games. Senior Darius Miller scored 15 points, including three 3-pointers, and became the 34th player in school history to reach 1,000 career points.
Arkansas-Little Rock (5-10) had its two-game winning streak broken. Chuck Guy paced the Trojans with 19 points, including four 3-pointers. Courtney Jackson had 11 rebounds.
It looked like Kentucky might be suffering from a letdown following its impressive win over arch-rival Louisville on Saturday. The Wildcats trailed 30-27 at halftime and were behind 34-31 with 16:28 remaining before outscoring the Trojans 23-1 to take a commanding 54-35 lead with 8:35 left.
