Paul George and Lance Stephenson each scored 12 points for the Pacers, who rebounded from Sunday's 93-92 loss at Orlando to win for the fifth time in six games. Luis Scola chipped in with 11 points off the bench and George Hill had 10 points, seven rebounds and five assists as Indiana improved to 25-2 at home.
Wilson Chandler led the way with 17 points for the Nuggets, who have lost three straight and eight of their last 12. J.J. Hickson added 12 points and eight rebounds while Randy Foye dished out 10 assists but managed only nine points on 2-of-13 shooting.
Led by West and Hibbert, the Pacers dominated inside from the outset, holding a 56-37 edge on the boards and outscoring the Nuggets 58-36 in the paint. West had 17 points in the first quarter alone and powered Indiana to a 61-40 halftime lead.
Denver held its only lead at 11-10 midway through the first quarter before West scored on consecutive possessions and Indiana pushed it out to an 11-point margin by the end of the opening frame. The Pacers' advantage never dipped below 19 in the second half as they coasted to their most lopsided victory since a 140-89 win over Chicago in 2003.
