Brandon Wiley scored a team-high 14 points to lead Idaho to a 69-65 non-conference victory at Oregon on Tuesday.
Wiley also had six rebounds, five blocks and two steals for the Vandals, who had seven players score at least eight points or more. Entering the game, the Vandals (6-5) had six players averaging seven points or more.
Landon Tatum scored 11 points and Deremy Geiger had nine for Idaho.
Joevan Catron scored a game-high 18 points and six rebounds for the Ducks (7-5). E.J. Singler and Malcolm Armstead added 11 and 10 points, respectively.
After taking a 40-35 lead at halftime, the Vandals withstood every Oregon rally in the second half.
Jeremy Jacob's jumper with 9:39 remaining gave the Ducks a 55-54 lead, but the Vandals answered with an 8-0 run, capped by Geiger's 3-pointer with 5:12 remaining.
The Ducks closed to 64-62 after an Armstead free throw in the final two minutes, but a couple of missed 3-pointers would seal their fate.
The Ducks will begin Pac-10 on Dec. 30 against Arizona, while Idaho will host New Mexico State on Dec. 29.
