Alex DeBrincat scored two goals and Patrick Kane added the game-winning goal with 17 seconds remaining as the visiting Chicago Blackhawks celebrated the return of goaltender Corey Crawford with a 4-3 victory Wednesday over the Anaheim Ducks.

Crawford made 29 saves in his first game since Dec. 16. He was out for over two months following a concussion.

DeBrincat tied the game 3-3 at 15:06 of the third period, his 36th of the season.

The Blackhawks' core won it in the final minute. Chicago went the length of the ice as Jonathan Toews hit Brandon Saad with a pass and Saad hit Kane for the winner past Ducks goaltender Ryan Miller.

It was the 40th goal for the season for Kane, who also leads the NHL with 44 points since Jan. 1. The victory ended the Blackhawks' two-game losing skid. Chicago has now won four of its past seven games.

Devin Shore, Carter Rowney and Troy Terry scored goals for the Ducks, who lost their fourth consecutive game. Terry's goal, just the second of his career, came less than six minutes into the third period to give the Ducks their first lead of the game.

The Ducks fell to 3-5 under interim coach Bob Murray, who took over for Randy Carlyle.

After a scoreless first period it took a five-minute major, and an accompanying 10-minute misconduct to the Ducks' Rickard Rakell at the start of the second period to get the action started. Rakell was called for boarding on the Blackhawks' Drake Caggiula, who did not return because of a concussion.

A mere 13 seconds into the Rakell penalty, the Blackhawks took a 1-0 lead on a goal from DeBrincat.

The Ducks answered at 4:22 of the period when Shore scored a short-handed goal. Shore tried to hit Derek Grant with a pass on a two-on-one, but the pass rebounded off the stick of the Blackhawks' Erik Gustaffson and came right back to him for the score.

It was just the third short-handed goal for the Ducks all season.

Artem Anisimov answered with his own short-handed goal, his 11th, as the Blackhawks regained the lead 2-1 at the 16:42 mark of the period. The Ducks answered quickly for a 2-2 tie as Rowney scored less than two minutes later, his fifth.
