Heat 103, Suns 97: LeBron James led the way with 37 points, nine rebounds and five steals as visiting Miami held off Phoenix.

Chris Bosh added 21 points on 8-of-11 shooting, including a key 3-pointer that helped put it away in the final minute, as the Heat bounced back from Saturday’s loss at Utah. Mario Chalmers contributed 13 points and Norris Cole scored 10 off the bench for Miami.

Gerald Green scored 26 points and Goran Dragic added 15 points and nine assists for the Suns, who have dropped three of four. Channing Frye scored 15 points and P.J. Tucker recorded 14 to go with eight rebounds and five assists for Phoenix.

James’ free throw with 3:29 left gave the Heat a 92-85 cushion before four free throws from the Suns cut it back to a one-possession game. James buried a jumper and stole Markieff Morris’ pass before driving for a transition dunk that pushed it back to a seven-point edge with 1:13 to play.

Phoenix trailed 62-55 midway through the third quarter before Green got hot and scored 10 points over the final 5:56 of the frame to help the Suns take a 74-71 lead into the fourth. James’ 3-pointer on the second possession of the fourth put Miami back in front and Ray Allen answered a 3-pointer from Dragic with one of his own to make it an 87-83 gap midway through the fourth.
