Dwyane Wade added 22 points and six assists and Chris Bosh chipped in 18 points and four rebounds for the Heat, who scored at least 30 points in each of the first three quarters.
Shannon Brown came off the bench to score a team-high 18 points for Phoenix, and Marcin Gortat recorded his third consecutive double-double with 12 points and 13 rebounds.
Miami's Ray Allen scored 15 points off the bench to surpass 23,000 points in his career. He is the 24th player in NBA history to reach the mark and the fourth active player, joining Kobe Bryant, Kevin Garnett and Dirk Nowitzki. Udonis Haslem added 12 points off the bench for Miami.
After allowing an average of 88 points in their first two games, the Suns suffered defensive breakdowns in lopsided losses on back-to-back nights in Florida. They allowed 40 points in the third quarter of a 115-94 loss at Orlando on Sunday.
