Granderson also had a walk and two runs scored in going 4-for-5.

Kendrys Morales, Teoscar Hernandez and Kevin Pillar also homered for the Blue Jays, who had a season-best 19 hits as they completed a sweep of the four-game series.

Marco Estrada (3-6) allowed two runs, four hits and one walk while striking out nine in six-plus innings to earn his first win since April 20, a span of eight starts in which he was 0-5.

Orioles starter Alex Cobb (2-8) allowed nine runs, 11 hits and one walk in 3 2/3 innings.

Trey Mancini and Jonathan Schoop homered for the Orioles.

Mancini hit his eighth homer of the season with two out in the second inning to give the Orioles a 1-0 lead.

The Blue Jays took a 2-1 lead in the bottom of the second. Randal Grichuk singled -- his first of three hits -- with one out and Gio Urshela had his grounder hug the third-base line for an infield hit. Granderson hit a two-run double.

Morales hit his fifth homer of the season with one out in the third.

The Blue Jays led 9-1 after their six-run fourth. Granderson hit his sixth homer of the season with one out in the fourth after Grichuk and Urshela had singled. Yangervis Solarte, who also had three hits, and Hernandez singled and scored on Pillar's two-run single. Grichuk added an RBI single against reliever Pedro Araujo.

The Blue Jays added four runs in the fifth on an RBI double by Granderson, the 10th homer of the season by Hernandez, a two-run shot, and the seventh homer of the season by Pillar.

Mike Wright Jr. replaced Araujo.

Schoop led off the seventh with his sixth homer of the season. Joe Biagini replaced Estrada and allowed a run on a single by Chris Davis, a double by Mancini, a walk to Joey Rickard and Jace Peterson's fielder's choice grounder.

Tim Mayza pitched the final two innings for Toronto, allowing one hit and hitting a batter with a pitch.
