Aaron Rodgers threw two touchdown passes and Philadelphia's comeback bid with Michael Vick at quarterback fell short, as the Green Bay Packers held on to beat the Eagles 27-20 on Sunday at Lincoln Financial Field.
Eagles quarterback Kevin Kolb sat out the second half after suffering a concussion.
Vick replaced Kolb and led Philadelphia back from a 27-10 deficit, throwing a touchdown pass and rushing for a team-high 103 yards on 11 carries, but he was stopped on a fourth-and-1 with less than two minutes left to seal Green Bay's win. Kolb finished with 24 yards on 5-of-10 passing
Packers running back Ryan Grant also missed the second half with a sprained right ankle, finishing with 45 yards on eight carries. Backup Brandon Jackson gained 63 yards on 18 carries.
Mason Crosby's 56-yard field goal on the last play of the first half gave the Packers a 13-3 halftime lead. Crosby also kicked a 49-yarder in the second quarter.
The Packers padded the lead with fullback John Kuhn's 3-yard touchdown run and Rodgers' second touchdown pass of the game, a 32-yard strike to Greg Jennings that made it 27-10. Jennings caught five passes for 82 yards. Rodgers also threw a 6-yard touchdown pass to Donald Driver.
Vick completed 16 of 24 passes for 175 yards, including a 17-yard touchdown pass to Jeremy Maclin. LeSean McCoy had 82 total yards and a touchdown for the Eagles.
