Reserve Shannon Brown matched his season high with 21 points and hit the go-ahead 3-pointer to help the Los Angeles Lakers to their fifth straight victory, a 98-91 triumph over the visiting Chicago Bulls on Tuesday.
Lamar Odom scored 21 points and Kobe Bryant added 20 for Los Angeles (13-2).
Chicago (7-5) took an 81-79 lead on Joakim Noah’s basket with 8:12 remaining. Brown - who scored 18 points in the first half - responded with his fifth 3-pointer of the contest to start a decisive 17-2 run.
Steve Blake hit two 3-pointers and Matt Barnes also nailed a trey during the spurt. They were part of a bench effort that outscored Chicago's reserves, 39-10.
Pau Gasol had 12 points, 11 rebounds and five blocks for the Lakers.
Derrick Rose scored 30 points with eight assists for Chicago, which had a 46-38 rebounding edge. Joakim Noah had 19 points and 13 rebounds and Taj Gibson had 16 and 12.
