Oregon 65, Washington 52: Damyean Dotson scored 13 points and Johnathan Loyd tallied nine of his 11 points in the final seven minutes as the visiting Ducks knocked off the Huskies in Pac-12 play.
Arsalan Kazemi scored 11 points, Carlos Emory had 10 and E.J. Singler added nine as Oregon (20-5, 9-3) recorded its first regular-season sweep of Washington in 18 years.
Abdul Gaddy scored 17 points for Washington (13-12, 5-7) but leading scorer C.J. Wilcox tallied just nine on 3-of-13 shooting. The Huskies have lost seven of eight games after winning their first four Pac-12 contests.
Washington was within 51-44 on a basket by Wilcox with 5:22 remaining. Loyd hit a jumper to start a 9-2 run to push the lead back to 14 with 1:52 to go.
Oregon took the lead for good with a 10-3 first-half run, culminated by Emory’s 3-pointer to give the Ducks a 24-18 lead with 5:47 left. Oregon led 33-27 at the break.
GAME NOTEBOOK: Loyd left the contest with 1:36 remaining after suffering an apparent leg injury. … The Huskies have lost 11 of their last 12 games against ranked foes. … Ducks PG Dominic Artis (foot) missed his sixth straight game.
