UCLA 57, Utah 53: Larry Drew II, Travis Wear and Jordan Adams scored 12 points apiece as the visiting Bruins held on for their eighth consecutive victory.

Wear scored 10 points in the second half for UCLA (13-3, 3-0 Pac-12), which was playing its first game at Utah since 1930. Kyle Anderson finished with 11 points - all in the game’s first nine minutes - while the team’s leading scorer, freshman wing Shabazz Muhammad, was held to a season-low six on 3-for-13 shooting.

Cedric Martin produced a season-high 12 points, Jordan Loveridge scored all 11 of his points in the final 12:55 and Jason Washburn finished with 11 points and 11 rebounds for his third consecutive double-double for Utah (8-7, 0-3).

The Utes trailed by 12 after Drew’s jumper with 13:37 remaining but got hot behind Loveridge and cut the deficit to 55-53 on his layup with 3:28 remaining.

Utah had five chances to tie or take the lead on its next two possessions but couldn’t convert. Drew then made a layup with nine seconds left to push the lead to four.
