Ducks 4, Canucks 3 (OT): Corey Perry scored a power-play goal at 4:59 of overtime as Anaheim posted its 13th win in 14 games and remained unbeaten in regulation at home (17-0-2).

Nick Bonino, who also had an assist, forged a 3-3 tie with 1:27 remaining in the third period by converting Daniel Winnik's centering feed and nearly ended the contest by stripping Daniel Sedin of the puck before drawing a penalty on a partial breakaway. Perry ended the wild affair with six-tenths of a second remaining in the extra session as his shot from the left faceoff circle sailed between the pads of rookie Eddie Lack, who made a season-high 45 saves on his 26th birthday.

Saku Koivu and Matt Beleskey also tallied for the Ducks and Andrew Cogliano notched an assist one day removed from signing a four-year contract extension worth $12 million. Jonas Hiller finished with 17 saves to extend his franchise-best winning streak to 11 games.

Captain Henrik Sedin collected a power-play goal and two assists while Ryan Kesler also scored with the man advantage for the Canucks, who have dropped four in a row (0-2-2). Defenseman Kevin Bieksa's point shot gave Vancouver a 3-2 lead early in the third period and Daniel Sedin notched three assists.

After Vancouver jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the first period, Anaheim pulled even after registering the first 17 shots of the second and 20 of the 22 in the session. Koivu deflected Jakob Silfverberg's shot past Lack 24 seconds into the period and Beleskey backhanded Kyle Palmieri's backhanded saucer pass between the pads of the netminder at 16:38.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Vancouver signed G Rob Laurie, 43, to serve as Lack's backup with G Roberto Luongo injured during Saturday's 3-1 loss to Los Angeles. Laurie also served as a backup for Anaheim last season. ... The Canucks jumped out to a fast start, recording 10 of the game's first 11 shots while making good on their first two power-play opportunities. Kesler's one-timer from the top of the left circle opened the scoring 9:40 into the contest before Henrik Sedin's slap shot from above the right circle caromed off the stick of Anaheim D Cam Fowler and into the net nearly two minutes later. ... Canucks RW Zack Kassian suffered a facial laceration after he was clipped by the skate of teammate LW Tom Sestito in the second period.
