Philip Rivers passed for 190 yards and a touchdown and Rodrigo Blankenship kicked four field goals Sunday as the Indianapolis Colts defeated the host Chicago Bears 19-11 to earn their third straight victory.

The Colts (3-1) outgained the Bears 289-269 en route to snapping a six-game road losing streak. Chicago converted just 4-of-14 third-down opportunities. Blankenship, an undrafted rookie, drilled field goals of 21, 30, 44 and 30 yards to improve to 12-for-14 this season and helped clean up the Colts' red-zone converting issues.

Bears quarterback Nick Foles was 26-for-42 passing for 249 yards, with one touchdown and one interception in his first start for Chicago (3-1).

Julian Blackmon intercepted Foles deep in Colts territory with 10:59 to play, and Indianapolis responded with a 13-play drive that swallowed 7:12 of clock time and culminated with the final Blankenship field goal to extend the Indianapolis lead to 19-3.

Foles connected with Allen Robinson for a 16-yard touchdown with 1:35 to go before David Montgomery ran for the two-point conversion to draw within the final margin. The Colts recovered the ensuing onside kick.

Robinson had seven catches for 101 yards. The Colts' Jonathan Taylor led all rushers with 17 carries for 68 yards, while Montgomery had 10 carries for 27 yards for Chicago.

Indianapolis opened the scoring on its first possession of the game, as Rivers connected with tight end Mo Alie-Cox for a 13-yard touchdown to punctuate a six-play, 65-yard drive. Colts rookie linebacker Jordan Glasgow helped give his team strong field position as he blocked a Pat O'Donnell punt on Chicago's opening drive.

The teams traded red-zone field goals to begin the second quarter, with the Bears' Cairo Santos kicking a 27-yarder before Blankenship answered with a 21-yarder.

The Colts took a 13-3 lead into halftime, scoring on a 30-yard Blankenship kick with six seconds to go in the second quarter.

Colts linebacker Darius Leonard missed the second half with a groin injury.

The Colts improved to 25-19 against the Bears all-time, including 13-10 on the road. Chicago had won six of the previous nine meetings in the series.
