Adam Waddell scored all 17 of his points in the second half and Wyoming used a 20-4 second-half run to surge past host Colorado 65-54 on Friday for its seventh consecutive victory.
The Cowboys (9-1) also snapped the Buffaloes' 27-game non-conference home winning streak.
Wyoming, playing only its second road game of the season, trailed 35-32 two minutes into the second half before going on its run, which included 10 points by Waddell.
Luke Martinez added a 3-pointer and Francisco Cruz’s free throw with 7:14 left gave the Cowboys a 52-39 advantage.
Colorado (5-4) cut the deficit to 56-51 on Andre Roberson’s layup with 2:01 to play but could get no closer en route to its fifth straight loss to Wyoming.
The Cowboys have held all 10 of their opponents to less than 60 points this season and entered the game allowing 49.4 points per game, third in the nation.
Leonard Washington had 16 points and seven rebounds, and Martinez added 14 points, six rebounds and five steals.
Freshman Spencer Dinwiddie led Colorado with 16 points, while Roberson finished with 10 points and 12 rebounds as the Buffaloes lost for the second time in three games.
