Blue Jays 12, Phillies 6: Edwin Encarnacion hit two of Toronto's five home runs as the host Blue Jays finished off a four-game home-and-home sweep against the Phillies.

Encarnacion went 3-for-4 and scored twice, giving him seven hits - including four homers - and five runs over the last three contests. Juan Francisco, Adam Lind and Colby Rasmus also homered for Toronto, which won in Philadelphia on Monday and Tuesday before capturing Wednesday's and Thursday's contests north of the border.

Francisco finished 3-for-3 with three runs, Lind drove in three and Melky Cabrera and Jose Bautista contributed two RBIs apiece for the Blue Jays, who won the four contests by a combined score of 31-11. R.A. Dickey (3-3) was the beneficiary of Toronto's latest offensive explosion, striking out eight over 6 1/3 innings, during which he gave up three runs and seven hits.

Phillies right-hander A.J. Burnett (2-2) gave up the first three home runs by the Blue Jays, including solo shots by Encarnacion and Rasmus in the second inning and Lind's two-run shot in the sixth that made it 7-2. Chase Utley's RBI triple brought the Phillies within four runs in the seventh, but Toronto answered promptly against Luis Garcia with back-to-back homers - Encarnacion's two-run shot followed by Francisco's second homer in as many nights.

Cabrera's two-run triple in the eighth capped the scoring by Toronto, which won its fifth straight game following a stretch of eight losses in 10 games. Ryan Howard hit a ninth-inning homer while Jimmy Rollins and Marlon Byrd each contributed two hits and scored a run for Philadelphia, which has dropped six of eight.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Burnett was charged with seven runs (six earned) and nine hits in six innings. ... Blue Jays SS Jose Reyes stole two bases and scored three runs. ... Dickey has logged between six and seven innings in six of his eight starts.
