Rockies 5, Dodgers 4 (10): Brandon Barnes delivered a walk-off RBI triple with two outs in the 10th inning as Colorado snapped its eight-game losing streak.
After Troy Tulowitzki grounded out to begin the 10th, Justin Morneau singled against Chris Perez (0-3). Michael McKenry struck out before Barnes - who entered the game in the eighth inning - belted an 0-1 offering off the wall for his second hit of the game, and Morneau scored easily as the ball caromed away from center fielder Andre Ethier.
McKenry had two hits and an RBI while Charlie Blackmon, Josh Rutledge (two hits) and Corey Dickerson also drove in runs for the Rockies, who had 16 hits in winning for the third time in 15 games. Franklin Morales (4-4) pitched 1 1/3 innings of scoreless relief after starter Jhoulys Chacin allowed three runs and six hits in six-plus frames.
Backup catcher Tim Federowicz hit a three-run homer which gave Los Angeles a 4-3 lead and Justin Turner had an RBI in the fourth-run seventh inning for the Dodgers. Zack Greinke allowed four runs (three earned) and 11 hits while striking out six in seven innings, while Matt Kemp and Ethier had two hits apiece.
Kemp walked and Ethier singled to start the seventh, and Turner chased Chacin with a run-scoring single to right. Federowicz greeted reliever Nick Masset by belting his first pitch out to left-center for his first home run of the season and fourth of his career before Dickerson lined a two-out RBI single in the bottom half to tie it.
GAME NOTEBOOK: Rockies C Wilin Rosario (illness) was a late scratch and along with OF Michael Cuddyer (left shoulder) missed his second straight game. ... Dodgers 2B Dee Gordon (right hip soreness) left in the fourth inning while RF Yasiel Puig (right hip flexor strain) departed in the fifth, ending his streak of consecutive games reaching base at 37. ...
