Packers 55, Bears 14: Aaron Rodgers tied an NFL record with six first-half touchdown passes as host Green Bay steamrolled Chicago to complete a season sweep.

Rodgers also tied a franchise record and threw for 315 yards - all in the first half - on 18-of-27 before exiting early in the third quarter as the Packers bolted to a 42-0 halftime lead - the most points ever allowed by the Bears in the opening 30 minutes. Jordy Nelson made six catches for 152 yards and two touchdowns to keep Green Bay (6-3) one game behind first-place Detroit in the NFC North.

Running back Eddie Lacy accounted for 118 yards and a touchdown while Randall Cobb made four catches for 72 yards and a score as the Packers sent the Bears to their third consecutive defeat and fifth loss in six games. Casey Hayward ran back an interception 82 yards for a score, marking the second straight game in which Chicago surrendered more than 50 points.

Jay Cutler finished 22-of-37 for 272 yards with one touchdown and two interceptions to fall to 1-10 lifetime against Green Bay. Brandon Marshall had eight receptions for 112 yards and a touchdown and Chris Williams provided a late highlight with a 101-yard kickoff return for a score for the Bears (3-6), who were mauled at New England 51-23 prior to last week's bye.

Rodgers opened the scoring with a 1-yard pass to Brandon Bostick on fourth-and-goal and a 4-yard toss to tight end Andrew Quarless following Micah Hyde's interception before the Packers turned it into a rout with a succession of big plays. Rodgers connected with Nelson on a 73-yard strike on the first play of the second quarter and again found a wide-open Nelson in the end zone for a 40-yard TD 2 1/2 minutes later to make it 28-0 with 12:09 still to play in the half.

The Bears finally put together a sustained drive but were turned back inside the 10 and Rodgers needed only five plays to cover 95 yards, with Lacy taking a screen pass in the right flat and running untouched 56 yards for the score. Green Bay finally was stopped when Cobb fumbled into the end zone, but Julius Peppers sacked Cutler and recovered his fumble, setting up Rodgers' sixth TD - a spectacular one-handed grab by Cobb with 14 ticks left in the half.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Rodgers set an NFL mark with his 16th career scoring pass of at least 70 yards and became the only QB to throw at least five TD passes against Chicago on two occasions. ... Marshall exited the game in the fourth quarter with a right ankle injury for the Bears, who have been outscored 94-7 in the first half during their three-game losing streak. ... Cobb boosted his season total to 10 receiving TDs and is the third player in franchise history to haul in a scoring pass in six consecutive games. ... Bears P Patrick O'Donnell was charged with a lost fumble when Green Bay's Jarrett Boykin broke in and got a foot on the ball before O'Donnell could punt it away.
