Colts 40, Giants 24: Andrew Luck threw for 354 yards and tied his career high with four touchdown passes as visiting Indianapolis shredded New York.

Luck (25-of-46) broke the game open with three third-quarter scoring passes to take over the league lead with 26 as the Colts (6-3) pulled away from a 16-3 halftime lead to win for the sixth time in seven games. Tight end Coby Fleener, T.Y. Hilton and Reggie Wayne each had a TD catch and at least 70 yards receiving and Adam Vinatieri kicked four field goals as Indianapolis rebounded from last week's 51-34 drubbing in Pittsburgh.

Eli Manning finished 27-of-52 for 359 yards and a pair of touchdowns passes to tight end Larry Donnell and Corey Washington - both coming after the Colts had built a 30-point fourth-quarter lead. Rookie Odell Beckham Jr. had eight catches for 156 yards for the Giants (3-5), who plummeted to their third straight loss.

Luck accounted for the only touchdown and Vinatieri kicked three field goals in the first half before the teams combined for three TDs in just over 3 1/2 minutes in the third quarter, the first coming on Indianapolis' opening drive of the second half. New York's Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie appeared to have an interception in the end zone but Hilton wrestled the ball out of his hands while falling to the ground to make it 23-3.

Manning found Beckham for 59 yards to set up rookie Andre Williams' 1-yard run, but Luck connected with Wayne on a 40-yard scoring strike before Jonathan Newsome knocked the ball loose from Manning and Sergio Brown returned it to the 4. Luck needed two plays to toss a 2-yard scoring pass to tight end Dwayne Allen as the lead ballooned to 37-10 with 4 1/2 minutes left in the third.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Luck became the first quarterback to throw for at least 350 yards in five straight road games and is only the third QB (Drew Brees, Peyton Manning) with seven straight 300-yard games. Brees holds the record with nine in a row on two occasions. ... Giants CB Prince Amukamara reportedly suffered a torn biceps in the first half and could be facing season-ending surgery. ... Wayne (14,070), back in the lineup after missing one game with an elbow injury, had four receptions for 70 yards to surpass James Lofton (14,004) for eighth place on the all-time list.
