Eagles 27, Giants 0: LeSean McCoy broke out of a slump by rushing for a season-high 149 yards and Nick Foles threw a pair of touchdown passes as Philadelphia overwhelmed visiting New York in an NFC East matchup.

Foles finished 21-of-34 for 248 yards with a pair of interceptions while tight ends Zach Ertz and James Casey each had scoring receptions as the Eagles (5-1) remained tied with Dallas atop the division. McCoy went over 100 yards for the first time this season and Connor Barwin recorded three of of his team's eight sacks as Philadelphia registered its first shutout since Dec. 1, 1996 - also against the Giants.

New York (3-3), which punted 10 times and had its three-game winning streak halted, also lost top wideout Victor Cruz for the season with a torn patellar tendon. Eli Manning threw for 151 yards on 13-of-23 while rookie Andre Williams rushed for 58 yards on 16 carries in his first career start for the Giants, who did not accumulate more than 18 yards on any of their first 12 possessions after averaging 35 points during their winning streak.

An ugly night turned into a disaster for New York in the third quarter, when Cruz dropped a pass in the end zone on fourth-and-goal from the 3 and came up clutching his right knee. The Eagles then put the game out of reach by driving 97 yards in eight plays, capped by a 15-yard TD run by Darren Sproles for a 27-0 cushion.

Philadelphia dominated the opening 30 minutes, sacking Manning five times and forcing the Giants to punt on their first six possessions before a kneel-down to end the half. Foles tossed scoring passes of 15 yards to Ertz and 26 to Casey, and Cody Parkey booted a pair of field goals for the 20-0 lead at the break.

GAME NOTEBOOK: McCoy moved past Steve Van Buren (5,860) for third place on the franchise's career rushing list with 5,895 yards. ... Cruz, who had back-to-back 1,000-yard campaigns in his first two years before finishing two yards shy of the mark last season, had to be carried to the cart and sobbed as he was taken off the field and to the locker room. ... Sproles, who became the first player in league history to register at least 6,000 yards from scrimmage and 10,000 combined punt/kick return yards, hurt his knee late in the third quarter and did not return.
