Clayton Kershaw celebrated the fifth anniversary of his only no-hitter with another dominating performance, delivering seven scoreless innings Tuesday in a 9-0 victory over the visiting San Francisco Giants.

Kershaw (7-1) held the Giants to three hits five years after the Colorado Rockies failed to collect any in a game at Dodger Stadium. The left-hander gave up two walks and had six strikeouts on Tuesday.

Giants rookie starter Shaun Anderson (2-2) gave up three runs on seven hits over 5 2/3 innings in his first career start against the Dodgers.

Joc Pederson hit a leadoff home run in the bottom of the first inning, and Enrique Hernandez added a grand slam in a six-run seventh as the Dodgers rebounded from a 3-2 loss to the Giants on Monday.

The Dodgers will try to take their third series from the Giants in four attempts during Wednesday's series finale.

Pederson's home run was his 19th of the season and first since June 2. It was also his 15th career leadoff home run, moving him into sole possession of second place in Dodgers history behind Davey Lopes (28).

The Dodgers added to their lead in the first inning. Alex Verdugo followed Pederson's home run with a single, and Justin Turner's double brought home Verdugo from first base for a 2-0 advantage before Los Angeles made its first out.

The Dodgers got an RBI bunt single from Chris Taylor in the sixth inning for a 3-0 lead and an RBI groundout from David Freese in the seventh, along with an RBI single from Austin Barnes before Hernandez hit his slam.

It was Hernandez's 11th home run of the season and first since June 4. He has just three extra-base hits this month.

Kershaw delivered his first scoreless outing of the season while matching a season high with seven innings, going that far for the sixth time.

He improved to 23-11 against the Giants, his most victories over a single team, while lowering his career ERA against San Francisco to 1.68.

Dylan Floro and Joe Kelly each threw one inning to complete the shutout.

The Dodgers improved to 6-5 against the Giants this season.
