Eagles 30, Colts 27: Darren Sproles ran for a touchdown and caught his seventh pass to set up Cody Parkey's game-winning 36-yard field goal on the final play of the game as visiting Philadelphia erased a double-digit halftime deficit for the second straight week.
Nick Foles threw for 331 yards and the tying touchdown with 3:25 to play and Sproles had a career-high 152 yards receiving as the Eagles became the first team in league history to start 2-0 after trailing by at least 14 points in the second half of both games. LeSean McCoy rushed for 79 yards and a touchdown while Jeremy Maclin added a TD reception to lift Philadelphia to its sixth straight road-opening win.
Andrew Luck lost back-to-back games for the first time in his career, finishing 20-of-34 for 172 yards and three touchdowns, but his interception by Malcolm Jenkins with 5:08 remaining set the stage for the Eagles' comeback. Ahmad Bradshaw rushed for 70 yards and caught two scoring passes for Indianapolis (0-2), which squandered a 20-6 third-quarter lead.
Luck hooked up with Bradshaw on fourth-and-goal at the 1 in the first quarter and tossed a 2-yard scoring pass to tight end Jack Doyle with 73 seconds left in the opening half for a 17-6 lead. Adam Vinatieri connected on a 27-yard field goal to make it 20-6 with 6:43 left in the third before Philadelphia responded, getting a pass interference call in the end zone to set up McCoy's 1-yard plunge with 4:32 to play in the quarter.
Trent Richardson fumbled on the ensuing possession and the Eagles cashed in five plays later, when Sproles zipped around right end for 19 yards to tie it at 20-20, but Luck drove Indianapolis 80 yards before floating a 7-yard scoring pass to Bradshaw to reclaim the lead. The Colts were driving for more points, but Jenkins' interception and a 51-yard screen pass to Sproles set up Foles' 6-yard TD pass to Maclin to knot the contest.
GAME NOTEBOOK: Luck's scoring pass to Doyle was the 50th of his career, moving him past Jim Harbaugh for fourth on the team's all-time list, while McCoy also registered his 50th career TD - 40 of which have come on the ground. ... Maclin (four catches, 45 yards), who missed the entire 2013 season due to a knee injury, has caught a touchdown pass in each of his last four games. ... Colts WR Reggie Wayne extended his NFL record to 73 straight games with at least three catches while playing in his 198th contest - tied for third in franchise history.
