Dolphins 35, Raiders 13: Reggie Bush rushed for 172 yards and a pair of third-quarter touchdowns as host Miami blew out Oakland in the second half.
Rookie quarterback Ryan Tannehill, the No. 8 overall pick, threw for 200 yards and his first career touchdown on 18-of-30 passing and also ran for a score as the Dolphins (1-1) bounced back from last week's 30-10 loss at Houston.
Bush churned out 138 yards after halftime and scored twice in a span of 4 minutes, 5 seconds in the third quarter to help Miami erase a 10-7 halftime deficit and take a 21-10 lead.
Tannehill connected with tight end Anthony Fasano on a 14-yard scoring pass and rookie Lamar Miller ran 15 yards for a TD as the Dolphins scored on four of five drives in the second half to break it open after punting on five straight possessions in the first half.
Carson Palmer threw for 373 yards with one touchdown and one interception for the Raiders (0-2) but was unable to get his team in the end zone after throwing a 64-yard scoring pass to Mike Goodson in the final seconds of the first quarter.
GAME NOTEBOOK: Bush became the first player in franchise history with two scoring runs of at least 65 yards. He had a career-long 76-yard run last season vs. Buffalo. ... Goodson's touchdown was his first visit to the end zone since Dec. 12, 2010. It also marked the longest TD reception for Oakland since Week 15 in 2010. ... Miami racked up 263 yards rushing against Oakland. The Dolphins amassed 209 yards on the ground in a 34-14 win over the Raiders in December 2011.
