Ben Roethlisberger threw three touchdown passes – including a 95-yarder to Mike Wallace for the longest pass play in Steelers history – as visiting Pittsburgh defeated the struggling Arizona Cardinals 32-20 on Sunday.

Roethlisberger finished 25 of 38 for 340 yards and improved to 21-6 in his last 27 games against the NFC as the Steelers (5-2) won their third straight and fifth in their last six games.

The Steelers took a 26-14 lead in the third quarter when LaMarr Woodley forced Arizona quarterback Kevin Kolb to intentionally ground the ball in the end zone for a safety.

Kolb was 18 of 34 for 272 yards with two touchdowns and an interception as the Cardinals (1-5) lost their fifth straight. Kolb has three touchdowns and six interceptions in his last four games.

Wallace, who has a touchdown catch in all five Pittsburgh victories, finished with 118 yards on three catches while teammate Antonio Brown had career highs of seven receptions and 102 yards.

Rashard Mendenhall was held to 32 yards on 13 carries after rushing for 146 yards in Pittsburgh’s 17-13 victory over Jacksonville last week.

Steelers wide receiver Hines Ward left the game in the third quarter with an ankle injury and did not return.
