Randolph hit 11-of-15 from the field, including 5-of-7 from 3-point range, to pace Alabama (11-16, 5-9 SEC), which snapped a two-game losing streak. Trevor Releford added 18 points and six assists for the Crimson Tide, who shot 57.4 percent from the field.
Earnest Ross led Missouri (19-8, 7-7) with 25 points and eight rebounds, while Jabari Brown added 23 points and five assists. Jordan Clarkson chipped in with 14 for the Tigers, who dropped into a seven-way tie for fourth in the SEC.
The game was close through much of the first half, but Randolph scored eight points in just over a minute to put the Tide up 10 with just over six minutes to play. Randolph dunked with six seconds to go - giving him 19 points for the half, one short of his career high - to put Alabama up seven at the break.
The Tide led throughout the second half, but the Tigers pulled within one with just over seven minutes to go on three free throws by Ross. But 3-pointers by Randolph and Releford were part of a 10-3 run that put Alabama back into a comfortable lead as Missouri never again seriously threatened.
