Isaac Okoro scored 20 points, Jarrett Allen, Darius Garland and Evan Mobley all recorded double-doubles, and the host Cleveland Cavaliers never trailed en route to a 117-103 win over the Sacramento Kings on Saturday.

Saturday's matchup was the second half of a back-to-back for both teams, but the Cavaliers looked like the fresher team in the early going. They scored the game's first six points, then extended the lead to a double-digit-point margin just 5:21 in.

Cleveland scored 81 first-half points and took a 29-point advantage into the locker room, but Sacramento chipped away at the deficit in the second half.

The Kings cut the deficit to seven points midway through the fourth quarter on the strength of a 18-2 run, but they couldn't trim the deficit any further.

Ricky Rubio hit both of his two 3-pointers down the stretch, part of a 15-point night, and nabbed one of his three steals to help push the lead back to 16 points.

Rubio, Cedi Osman and Kevin Love all scored in double-figures off the bench, and seven Cavaliers in all finished with at least 11 points. Allen scored 19 points to go with 11 rebounds and three blocked shots, Mobley scored 15 points and grabbed a career-high 15 rebounds, and Garland finished with 16 points and 13 assists.

Love chipped in 11 and Osman added 18 points. Osman shot 4-of-10 from 3-point range.

Buddy Hield and Davion Mitchell helped key Sacramento's comeback coming off the bench for 21 and 14 points. Hield shot 4-of-10 from 3-point range and Mitchell went 2-of-3, but Sacramento finished just 7 of 28 as a team.

Kings starters Alex Len, Marvin Bagley III and Tyrese Halliburton combined for just 20 points. De'Aaron Fox went 0-of-3 from 3-point range and 6-of-14 from the floor en route to 13 points.

Saturday's win was Cleveland's third straight.
